This message is typically shown in place of where a YouTube video used to be in a playlist because QueUp was not able to access the most up-to-date information from YouTube. This could be for a few reasons:

  • The YouTube video has been removed from YouTube
  • The YouTube video has been set to private
  • We have hit our daily API limit with YouTube (this resets at midnight Pacific Time (PT) each day)

Should the video still be available on YouTube and watchable, then the cause of the error will be because we have hit our API limit with YouTube. If this is the case, you will need to wait until the following day for QueUp to be able to get the video details from YouTube. If QueUp is able to do this, the video will automatically appear back in your playlist.

Due to not being able to get the latest video data, we are not able to display what video was there prior to the attempt at refreshing the video data.
